Heather Gray

Hi! I’m Heather. I love design and communication- and I love putting them together. I have been solving problems with design since the first time I opened Photoshop in middle school. You’ll never find me without a sharpie and sketchbook in hand and I’ve been known to hold brainstorms with anyone who will join in–anytime and anywhere.

After pursuing my passion for both design and being an Orangeman at Syracuse, I started my career at a web start-up where I dove headfirst into the world of UX design, digital strategy & front end development. From there, my desire to marry function and form has popped up in everything I’ve worked on.

With now over 15 years of agency and in-house experience, I have worked as a Creative Director, CX Design Manager, Art Director, copywriter, and designer on almost everything and anything–from packaging design and new product innovation, direct mail and email campaigns, to UX/UI Design, content strategy and website design and development. I have a particular love for the consumer experience and design thinking, and enjoy a good prototype for testing. My roster of clients includes McCormick, French’s, Old Bay, Frank’s, Vanguard, Liberty Mutual Insurance, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Moen Faucets, AutoZone, Covergirl, McCormick Spices, T.Rowe Price, Phillips Seafood, Toyota and PayPal.

I currently live in southern PA, near Baltimore with my 3 kids, Creative Director husband, and very old and loving English Bulldog.
